Yes, we are taking birthday party bookings again, in a COVID-19 safe manner. You can book a 2 hour session for your child’s party as follows:
Step 1: Select a preferred date and party type.
We recommend booking your party at least four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Step 2: Your booking includes entrance, downloadable invitations and thank you cards, food, drink, playtime and free entry for the birthday child to visit again. You are welcome to bring a cake, party bags and decorations.
Step 3: We need to know:
We also have delicious meals and hot drinks for adults, which can be purchased on the day from our cafe or alternatively if you wish something specific for the adults, we are happy to discuss and cater.
Should you wish to run a “tab” offering tea and coffee to parents attending the party we offer a 10% discount on the final tab (tea & coffee only).
Step 4: We will need your email and mobile number to invoice you for your party. Once we have received a £50 deposit your party will be booked. The balance of the invoice is due three days before your party. (Failure to do this will result in the loss of your deposit and the slot will be released.)
Step 6: One week before the BIG DAY, we will contact you to confirm numbers attending and take your food order.
Step 7: THE BIG DAY! You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party to put up decorations (please no confetti, glitter and confetti balloons) and sort out your cake and party bags. Our staff will be available to assist.
Children play downstairs for about an hour and fifteen minutes in a public session before being taken upstairs to enjoy their party food in our party room. (Party Option 1, 4 and 5)
We ask that all shoes, coats, and other belongings are taken with you to keep them safe.
There is hand sanitiser available throughout your party. Parents are welcome to go on the playframe with children but must wear a facemask and socks.
Our soft play is sanitised before and after every play session. All tables and surfaces are cleaned as well as the play frame and soft play. We also use chemical fogging as part of our sanitisation process.
We hope these measures give our customers’ assurances that we have taken every reasonable precaution to create a safe environment for children to play, which is so important for their personal development.
